By creating user-defined properties categorized as either List or Text, Organization Administrators can leverage this feature for data-driven reporting, insightful filtering, and enhanced reporting across all workspace types.

Creating a New Workspace Property
- Navigate to the Admin section.
- Click Workspace Properties in the left-side panel.
- Click New Property.
- Enter a Property Name (e.g., Client Type, Account Type).
- Choose the Property Type:
- List: Create a dropdown menu with multiple options (e.g., Premium, Standard).
- Text: Allow free-text entry.
- Click Add to create the property.
Editing and Applying Workspace Properties
For Flow Workspaces
- Open the desired Flow Workspace.
- Click the '...' ellipsis icon.
- Follow the same steps as for 1:1 and Group Workspaces.
For 1:1 and Group Workspaces
- Open the desired workspace.
- Click the '...' ellipsis icon in the workspace.
- Select Workspace Properties from the dropdown menu.
- Click Edit Properties.
- Choose or enter values for the defined properties.
- Click Save Changes.
Filtering Workspaces Using Workspace Properties
- Navigate to the Workspaces section.
- Click the Filter option.
- Select More Filters to view additional filtering options.
- Choose the desired workspace property you would like to use to filter workspaces.
- The system will display workspaces matching the selected property criteria.
Managing Workspace Properties for Flow Templates
- Go to the Library section.
- Select the desired flow template and click Edit.
- In the left-side panel, go to Details and scroll down to Workspace Properties.
- Click Edit to modify the property values.
- Click Save Changes to apply updates.
