The Docusign action can be used to send a Docusign document for signature directly inside a Moxo workspace.
The signers can open and sign the Docusign document from directly inside Moxo. If the signers have any questions, they can reach out from the workspace chat section - without ever leaving the workspace.
Once the signers of the Docusign action provide their signatures, the action will automatically be marked as complete in the Flow section of your Moxo workspace.
Additionally, leverage advanced configuration options for dynamic placement of signature fields using Anchor Tags +.

Integration of PDF Forms & Docusign:
The integration of the PDF Form Action and Docusign creates a streamlined process that handles both non-signature forms and e-signature workflows within a single, unified system. The following steps outline how these features work together:
- Create PDF Form: Ensure your PDF form contains fillable fields.
- Enable PDF Form Action: In the Moxo platform, add the PDF Form Action to your workspace. This will allow you to incorporate the form into your workflow.
- Fill Out the Form: The form is filled out by the designated user. The data will be captured and made available in DDR format.
- Create Docusign Envelope: Navigate to the Docusign section and select the "Set up Envelope with Anchor Tags" option. Upload the filled-out form and configure signature field locations using anchor tags (i.e., identifying where the signature field should appear in the document).
- Set X/Y Coordinates: Specify the X/Y coordinates for precise placement of the signature field. This can be measured in inches, pixels, millimeters, or centimeters, depending on your preference.
- Send for Signature: Once the envelope is configured, the document is sent to the designated signer(s) for review and signature.
- Return Signed Document: After the document is signed, it is returned to Moxo for final processing and storage.
