The Client Experience tab allows you to customize the experience within your client portal, ensuring that external users have a consistent and professional journey that reflects your brand.

 

Visibility of the Client Experience Tab

The visibility of this tab depends on your Moxo package. If you've purchased the Portal package, please refer to the Client Portal Tab section, as the tab name and options will differ accordingly.

 

Inside the Client Experience Tab

Within the Client Experience tab, you'll find two sections: Client Journey and Branding.

  • Client Journey: Provides a comprehensive walkthrough of the user journey.
  • Branding: Allows you to customize your portal's logo, color, login experience, and more.

 

Client Journey Tab

The Client Journey tab offers an in-depth view of the experience for both internal users and clients within Moxo. It provides an interactive way to visualize and manage what your clients and team will experience, ensuring a smooth journey from onboarding to process completion.

Here’s a breakdown of the key stages you can customize within the Client Journey tab:

  • Branding and Preparation: Customize your client portal with your business logo and colors to ensure your brand's identity is reflected across the portal. Click Edit Org Branding to make real-time updates to both your clients' and team's experience.
  • Invite Your Client: In this section, you can manage how clients are added to your portal or a specific workspace, including sending personalized invitations. Enter the client’s name, email, and a custom message tailored to their needs to enhance the onboarding experience and set a positive tone for the project.
  • Magic Link Invitation: The Magic Link in the invite email streamlines client onboarding, allowing users to access a workspace directly without needing to download an app or register. This enables clients to engage in the process immediately and start taking action right away.
  • Get Work Done On-The-Go: With your Moxo portal, clients can access their workspaces from any device, whether to complete actions, interact with an account manager, access important documents, and more. This functionality ensures that business progresses smoothly to completion, even while clients are on the move.

 

Branding Tab

Moxo offers a branding configurator that enables you to customize your portal to reflect your organization's brand identity. Customizing your portal's branding enhances the user experience and reinforces your brand presence across all interactions.

Only Administrators - internal users with Admin permissions - can modify branding settings. To access the Branding page in the Admin portal:

  1. Click Branding from the left-side menu.
  2. The Branding page will open on the right, where you can customize your portal based on your Moxo plan.

 

General Branding

  • Portal Name: Customize the portal name displayed in the top navigation bar across multiple pages. This ensures that both internal and client users consistently view your brand.



  • Brand Color: Apply a custom brand color throughout your portal to ensure it aligns with your brand aesthetic. The brand color will be applied to buttons, input box outlines, and hover effects in various menus.



  • Logo: Showcase your logo in the top navigation bar across multiple pages. Add your logo in both square and rectangle formats.
    • Square Logo: JPG or PNG, 80px or larger.
    • Rectangle Logo: JPG or PNG, 400px or larger.



  • Default Workspace Icon Image: Upload a default icon image for flow workspaces in your portal. This icon will be used in all new flow workspaces, though workspace owners can modify the cover image when creating the workspace or later.



  • Default Workspace Cover Image: Upload a default custom cover image that will be applied by default to all new workspaces. Workspace owners can modify this cover image during workspace creation or afterward.

 

Term Mapping

Customize the terms used for internal and external users to personalize the user experience based on your organization and use case. This feature allows you to enhance clarity and consistency in communication.


  • Internal Users: Rename internal users to terms consistent with your use case, such as Staff, Account Manager, Partner, etc.
  • Client Users: Rename external users to terms consistent with your use case, such as Client, Customer, Vendor, Partner, Dealer, etc.

 

Login Page

The login page is often the first interaction users have with your portal. Customizing it with an image that reflects your brand helps set a professional and inviting tone. Alternatively, you can select Use Brand Color to generate a login page image based on your brand color.




To customize your desktop login image, select Upload Image and add an image that represents your brand. Specifications for the login image are:

  • File Type: JPG or PNG
  • Size: 1920px or larger
