Connect Wealthbox with Moxo

The Moxo Wealthbox connector enables financial advisors and client-facing teams to automatically sync important interaction data from Moxo directly into Wealthbox CRM. This ensures that your client records in Wealthbox are always up to date with activities from Moxo, covering workspaces, tasks, files, meetings, notes, and more.

By integrating Moxo’s collaborative workflow platform with Wealthbox’s CRM, you can streamline client service processes, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management, while maintaining Wealthbox as your central system of record.

 

Prerequisites

Before you begin setting up the integration, ensure you have:

  • Access to the Moxo Admin Portal to configure connectors.
  • An active Wealthbox CRM account with admin permissions.
  • Wealthbox login credentials for the account you want to connect.

 

Setting Up the Wealthbox Connector in Moxo

  1. Go to the Moxo Admin Portal.
  2. From the left-hand toolbar, navigate to Connectors.
  3. In the list of available connectors, find and select Wealthbox.

     
  4. Click Setup to begin configuration.
  5. You’ll be directed to the Wealthbox Connector Setup page.

 

Connecting to Wealthbox

Sync Settings:

  1. Select a time to run every day at the same time: This setting determines when Moxo will sync data with Wealthbox. Choose a time for this process to occur automatically each day. 
  2. Select the time zone: Set the time zone to match the location of your business. This ensures the synchronization occurs at the same time.


     
  3. Click Log in to Wealthbox. Authorize Moxo to connect with Wealthbox.
  4. After successful login and authorization, you’ll be redirected back to the Moxo Wealthbox setup page.


     
  5. Click Save Changes to store your settings and activate the integration.
     

 

How does this work?

Once connected, Moxo runs an automatic daily sync at your configured time. This sync logs:

  • Workspace activity updates
  • Tasks and completed actions
  • Shared and uploaded files
  • Meeting logs and notes
  • Annotations and comments

These updates are recorded in Wealthbox under the corresponding contact or project, allowing you to view the full interaction history without manually duplicating data.

 

Monitoring the Wealthbox Connector

In the Moxo Admin Portal’s monitoring dashboard, you can:

  • Review the status of daily syncs
  • See the number of workspaces, users, tasks, and files synced
    Identify and troubleshoot any sync errors
    Confirm Wealthbox records are being updated as expected

By connecting Wealthbox with Moxo, advisors can work from a single source of truth in Wealthbox while benefiting from Moxo’s process orchestration capabilities, resulting in better collaboration, increased productivity, and a seamless client experience.
