Invite New Clients

This article will provide an overview of the different ways to invite clients into Moxo workspaces. 


Invite New Clients from +New

To invite new clients from +New:

  1. Hover over +New located on the right side of the top navigation bar, located on all main pages inside of your portal. 
  2. Click Invite Client from the dropdown menu.
  3. Next, a pop up will appear on your screen prompting you to enter your client’s email address, first name, and last name. Enter the required information and click Send Invitation.

  4. Once you’ve sent the invitation, a workspace with that client will automatically be created. Your client will receive an email prompting them to join the workspace. 


Invite New Clients From a Workspace

To invite new client from a workspace: 

  1. Click Invite located underneath the workspace cover image.
  2. Next, a pop up will appear. Click Invite Clients.
  3. You will then be prompted to enter your client’s email address, first name, and last name.
  4. Click Send Invitation to invite your client. They will receive an email link to join your workspace and be automatically added to that workspace.

Alternatively, you can also copy and share the workspace link with anyone that needs to be invited. 


Resend Invitations to Clients

If your client did not receive an invitation to your Moxo portal, you can resend the invite from your workspace.

  1. Inside of your workspace, click Invite located under the workspace cover image.
  2. A pop up with all of the members inside of your workspace will appear on the right side of your screen. 

  1. Find the user who did not receive an invite. 
  2. Next to their name, there will be a box that says Not Joined. Click on the box then click Resend Invitation.
