Invite New Clients

This article will provide an overview of the different ways to invite clients into Moxo workspaces. 

 

Invite New Clients through a Flow Workspace

To invite new clients through a flow workspace: 

  1. Click the '...' ellipses icon to the right of the Flow workspace name. 
  2. Click on Members or click on the 'Profile' icons for the users in the Flow workspace.

  3. Next, click +Invite Members on the right-side panel.

  4. You will be prompted to enter your client's email address.



  5. If the user is not a part of your portal, select if you wish to add them as a client or internal user by clicking +Invite New Client or +Invite New Internal User.
  6. To add the user as a client, click +Invite New Client, enter the user's Full Name and Email Address, and click Add Client.
  7. The user will receive an email link to join your workspace and automatically be added to the workspace.

Users can be invited to the portal with their Phone Number instead of their email address. To enable this, reach out to a Moxo representative. You can also share the workspace link with anyone who needs to be invited. 


Invite New Clients from +New

To invite new clients from +New:

  1. Hover over +New located on the right side of the top navigation bar, located on all main pages inside of your portal. 
  2. Click Client from the dropdown menu.



  3. Next, a pop up will appear on your screen prompting you to enter your client’s email address, first name, and last name. Enter the required information and click Send Invitation.

To invite users via a shareable link:

  1. Click on the Share Invite Link tab inside of the invitation pop-up. 
  2. Then click Copy Link or copy the link manually. When an internal user receives this link, they can sign up themselves. This link can be shared with an indefinite number of users. 



Invite New Clients from the Admin Portal

Only Admins in your portal will be able to follow these steps to invite users. 

To invite users from the Admin portal:

  1. Click Clients from the left side menu, in the Admin portal. 
  2. Click Invite on the right side of the Clients page. 
  3. Enter details like Full Name and the Email Address of the client.

  4. Enter the name of the Internal User who this client will be assigned to. 
  5. You can also use the Share Invite Link option to invite clients. Click on Copy and share it with clients. They will be able to fill in their email information and create their account on your Moxo portal.

 

Resend Invitations to Clients

If your client did not receive an invitation to your Moxo portal or they happen to miss it, you can resend the invite from your workspace.

  1. Inside of your workspace, click the '...' ellipses icon or the profile icons of your existing members. 
  2. A pop up with all of the members inside of your workspace will appear on the right side of your screen. 

  1. Find the user who has not yet joined the workspace. 
  2. Next to their name, there will be a box that says Not Joined. Click on the box then click Resend Invitation.
