Client Quick Links

The Quicklinks module, available as an add-on in the Moxo client dashboard, provides clients with easy access to frequently used external websites, resources, guides, applications, and tools. This module enables clients to quickly navigate to important sites through a single-click shortcut, enhancing their user experience.

Admins can easily setup quick links for clients, through the Admin portal. 

 

Usage and Benefits

The Quick Links module is designed to streamline access to essential external resources, making it easier for clients to navigate to important sites and tools. It provides shortcuts to places like your company website, resource guides, and other important sites, ensuring that clients can quickly find the information they need. Additionally, it offers direct links to frequently used applications and tools, improving the client experience and overall efficiency. 


Creating Client Quick Links

To enable and manage Quick Links in the client dashboard, administrators can:

  1. Go to the Admin portal.
  2. Select Modules under the Client Portal tab.

  3. Click on Client Quick Links.
  4. You can either Add Quick Links if you are configured Quicklinks for the first time, or Add to insert Quicklinks.




  5. To customize the Quicklink:
    1. Upload a square icon representing the link or website content, JPG or PNG 156px x 156px.
    2. Upload a large image representing your Quicklink, JPG or PNG 507px x 324px. 
    3. Enter a title and description for the Quicklink.
    4. Choose the appropriate SSO method - Token Exchange, Normal, App, or JWT - by selecting Identify.
    5. Specify how the Quicklink can be accessed by internal users: 
      • Web
      • iOS
      • Android
      • Native browser
      • Repository display - select Show in Repository to display the Quicklink in the repository
    6. Ensure the Quicklink shares necessary information with the system browser, such as for SSO. 
    7. Click Create to complete the setup.

Your client Quicklink is now ready and accessible to all clients.

 

Managing Client Quick Links

Inside the Client Quick Links page, admins can view and manage existing quick links, as well as add new ones. The list displays the title, URL, display order, and options to edit or delete each quick link.

 

To edit an existing Quicklink:

  1. Click the '...' ellipsis icon to the right of the Quicklink.
  2. Select Edit Quick Link.
  3. Edit the details and click Save Changes.

To delete a client Quicklink:

  1. Click the '...' ellipsis icon to the right of the Quicklink.
  2. Select Delete Quick Link.
  3. Type DELETE in the pop-up field, then click Delete.

To edit the display order of your client Quicklinks:

  1. Click Edit Display Order at the top of the page.
  2. Drag and drop the quick links to set the preferred order.
  3. Click Save Changes.
