You can now use your Zoom account within Moxo workspace to start and schedule meeting,
Connect your Zoom Account
- Click on the "Camera" icon to start/schedule a meeting. You will be prompted to login and connect with your Zoom account.
- Sign in and authorize Moxo to access your Zoom account.
- You should now be successfully connected.
Start/Schedule Zoom Meeting
- Click on the "Camera" icon to start/schedule a meeting.
- Start an Instant Meeting
- When you launch an instant meeting you will be prompted with a dialog as shown here. Click "Start" to open a new tab and launch the instant Zoom meeting.
- Zoom meeting join link will also be posted in the Moxo workspace for others to join the meeting.
- Schedule a Meeting
- When you schedule a meeting a scheduler dialog will be shown inside the Moxo workspace as shown below.

- Fill in the details and click "Schedule" to schedule the meeting in Zoom
- Once successfully scheduled the invited members can start and join the meeting from their Moxo workspace by clicking the "Join" button.
- When the user start or join the Zoom meeting from Moxo workspace a new browser tab will be opened to launch the Zoom meeting.
Remove Moxo app from your Zoom Account
After you successfully connect to your Zoom account within the Moxo app, you can find the option to "Logout" as shown below to disconnect and remove Moxo app from your Zoom account.
Also you can follow the below steps from within your Zoom account to remove the Moxo app from your Zoom account.
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace https://marketplace.zoom.us/
- Click Manage >> Added Apps or search for the "Moxo" app.
- Click the "Moxo" app.
- Click Remove.
