Impacts of Downgrading Your Plan

We understand that your needs may change over time, and we offer the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan to better align with your requirements. In this article, we'll discuss what happens when you choose to downgrade your plan and the limitations you may encounter.

If you decide to downgrade your Moxo Plan, the changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. This means that you will continue to enjoy the benefits of your existing plan until your billing cycle ends.

After your new plan takes effect, you should consider the following:

  1. Creating new workspaces:

One significant impact of downgrading your plan is that you will not be able to create new workspaces, if you exceed the open workspace limit of your new plan. To create new workspaces, you must first deactivate some of your existing workspaces to bring the total number below the new plan's limit.

  2. Access to advanced features:

Please be aware that downgrading your plan may result in the loss of access to certain features that are not included in your new plan. Therefore, we recommend reviewing the available features to ensure they align with your specific needs.

  3. Access to existing workspaces:

While your account will be downgraded, you'll still be able to access and use the workspaces you've created in the past. This ensures that you can continue to work on your existing projects without interruptions.

If you ever need to upgrade your plan again, Moxo offers the flexibility to do so at any time to accommodate your needs.
