Integrations Actions Overview

In addition to Moxo’s own native actions, Moxo also provides the option to integrate actions from other external applications into a Moxo workspace or template. 

Examples include the DocuSign action for signatures, the Jumio action for KYC, or the Launch Web App action to link to any other external application. 


Jumio

With Moxo’s Jumio integration, add KYC identity verification and validation as a step in your process. 

Set up the Jumio integration as an action in a workspace template or within any workspace.

Clients can complete the Jumio action assigned to them by uploading their proof of identity, using their mobile camera or computer webcam. Once the proof of identity images are uploaded and validated in Jumio, the action will automatically be completed on Moxo.

Docusign

With Moxo’s DocuSign action, use DocuSign for e-signatures as a step in your process. 

Set up the DocuSign integration as an action in a workspace template or within any workspace.

Clients can complete the DocuSign action assigned to them from directly inside a Moxo workspace.

Launch Web App

Use Moxo’s Launch Web App action for tasks that need to be completed in another external application. 

Connect Moxo to an external application to complete a task. 

Have information from the external application sent back into Moxo to automatically mark the task as complete.

Where to find Integration Actions

Integration actions can be added when building a template, or from inside a flow or chat workspace.

When Building a Template:

  1. Drag & Drop an integration action from the 'Integrations' section on the left side actions toolbar.
  2. Click 'More Integrations' to view the full list of integrations. 


When Inside a Flow Workspace:

  1. Click the ‘...’ icon in the Flow workspace and click '+ Add New Action'.
  2. Select an action from the 'Integrations' section.



  3. Click 'More Integrations' to view the full list of integrations. 


When Inside a Chat Workspace:

  1. Click the ‘+’ icon to the left of the Send Message box and click Integrations.
  2. Select an action from the list of integrations.
