Types of Integrations

Moxo’s integrations enable you to seamlessly connect your Moxo workflows to your existing technology stack.

Integrate with your existing back office workflows, log data back to your CRM, send files to your file repository and more.

Some of the most common integrations that customers set up with Moxo include:

  • Automatically creating workspaces in Moxo.
  • Updating a CRM with the flow status when an action is completed in Moxo.
  • Sending files to cloud repositories.
  • Sending form data to spreadsheets.
  • Adding external applications such as Stripe for payments or Jumio for KYC as flow actions.

Moxo provides a variety of different integrations that you can leverage based on your business process and industry.

Some of the different integration options available to you include:

  • Zapier
    • Using Zapier, actions taken in Moxo can trigger actions in another piece of software or vice versa. Furthermore, data can be sent into Moxo or sent from Moxo using Zapier. Examples include automatically kicking off a workspace or sending flow status updates to another system.
  • Integration Actions
    • Moxo provides the ability to integrate actions from other external applications into a Moxo workspace or template.

  • Flow Automations
    • Leverage Moxo’s Flow automations to send data to external systems when actions are completed in Moxo. Automations can be configured from the template builder, or from any workspace.
  • Data Sync Connectors
    • Log all activity taking place with your clients on Moxo directly back to your CRM or data archiving system. Direct integrations are available with Salesforce, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Wealthbox, Redtail, Filevine, Global Relay, and Smarsh.
  • File Upload Integrations
    • Moxo provides the ability to upload files directly from Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, or OneDrive directly into a Moxo workspace.
  • Workspace Email Address
    • Every workspace in Moxo includes a unique email address to email content directly into the workspace.
    • Leverage the workspace email address to bring existing email-based workflows into your portal.
  • Calendar Integrations
    • With Moxo’s native calendar integrations, meetings created in Moxo are synced with a user’s Google Calendar or Outlook. Moxo meetings can also be scheduled directly from Google Calendar or Outlook via the Moxo meeting plugin.
  • Quicklinks
    • Quicklinks enable organizations to add external web links to their client portal dashboard. Additional options are available to pass user information to the quicklink using JSON Web Tokens for automatic authentication.
  • REST API & Webhooks
    • Build custom integrations using Moxo’s robust suite of APIs and webhooks. Examples include extracting workspace data from the Moxo platform and storing it in an internal system, or pushing data from an internal system into the Moxo platform.
  • SDK
    • Moxo provides SDKs for Android, iOS, and Web to embed components of the Moxo platform inside existing portals.
  • Single Sign On Authentication
    • Moxo provides the option to configure SAML single sign on (SSO) authentication for user authentication, for external or internal users.
