Creating templates of frequently used files or documents makes it easy to effortlessly reuse them for others whenever needed. This helps improve efficiency, saving you time and effort. These action and file templates can be stored in the Templates and Content Library sections within the Library tab.
Click on Library in the top navigation bar to access the Templates and Content Library.
Create a File Template
To create a file template:
- Click Files under the Content Library tab on the left.
- Click Create on the top right of the window, and click Upload File.
- Select a File from your device, desktop, or cloud drive location. Then click Upload.
- Review the list of files to upload to the Files Library, and click Upload.
- You can also select Folder to create a separate folder to organize the files.
- You can name the Folder and select who will have access to files by selected either All internal users or Selected users and choose the internal users.
Delete a File Template
After an action template is created in the Actions Library, the creator will be able to edit that template in the future.
To delete a file template:
- Click on Library from the top navigation bar.
- Click Files under the Templates tab on the left.
- Hover over the file you wish to edit and click the ellipses ‘...’ to the right of the title.
- Click Delete. Edit any file information, such as the title, description, due date or attachments.
- Click Delete to remove the file from the Files section of the Content Library.
Using a File Template
To use a file template from the Content Library:
- Click Library from the top navigation bar.
- Click Files under the Content Library tab on the left.
- Click Use to the right of the file title. A pop up will appear.
- Select an existing workspace to add the file to, or create a new workspace by clicking Create New.
- Then click Add.
Quicklinks
In the Library section of your business portal, you'll see Quicklinks that your internal users can access. These Quicklinks are links to external websites can that you can feature in your business portal. These could be frequently used websites or information you would like users to see.
They provide your internal users with convenient access to important content, ensuring they can easily and frequently reach this information.
Only Admins can see and click on Configure on the top right corner to be redirected to the Admin page, where they can edit or setup internal Quicklinks.
