Overview of Library

The Library

The Library in Moxo is where commonly used Flows, Actions, and Milestones can be created and stored for easy reuse across processes. Templates saved here can include automations, control settings, and integrations to streamline work. Important files that teams or individuals need to reference regularly can also be added to the Library for quick access. You may also see Quick Links, if included in your Moxo plan. Access the Library from the top navigation bar.


Templates

Build templates of Flow Workspaces, Actions, and Milestones.  

Click on Flow Workspace on the left to access templates of existing Flow Workspaces, the Template Gallery to view pre-built flows across a variety of industries, or to create a new Flow Template for the team to use.  

Click on Action on the left to create or access templates of frequently used business actions, that can be easily reused. Learn more on Action Templates here. 

Click on Milestone on the left to access templates of frequently used Milestones, or to create a new Milestone Template for your team to use.


Content Library

Use the Files section of the Content Library to store frequently used documents within the portal for internal users to access, from any device.

If you have purchased Moxo's Portal package, administrators will be able to manage Quicklinks from the Quicklinks section as well.
