Configuring Internal Quick Links

Admins can now easily set up Quick Links for internal users from the Admin section. These Quick Links offer convenient access to frequently used websites, tailored specifically for internal users. 

 

Setting Up Internal Quick Links

  1. Navigate to the Admin portal.



  2. Click on Internal Quick Links.
  3. You can either select Add Quick Links, if you are configuring Quick Links for the first time, or Add, to insert a Quick Link.



    Note: This link will be visible to all internal users. 

  4. Now upload a square icon representing the link or website content. The requirements are: 
    • File Type: JPG or PNG
    • Size: 156px x 156 px
  5. Upload a large image representing your content. The requirements are: 
    • File Type: JPG or PNG
    • Size: 507px x 324px
  6. Enter a title and description of the Quick Link.
  7. Copy and paste the URL of the website you want your internal users to access.
  8. Choose the appropriate SSO method - Token Exchange, Normal, APP, or JWT - by selecting Identify.
  9. Specific how the Quick Link can be accessed by internal users:
    • Web
    • iOS
    • Android
    • Native Browser
  10. Click Create to complete the setup.

Your internal Quick Link is now ready and accessible to all internal users.
