Using Integration Actions in Flows

Integration Actions are purpose-built actions within Moxo workflows that specifically connect to external systems. Just like Moxo's native business actions—such as Signatures, Approvals, Forms, and more—Integration Actions can be easily dragged and dropped into your workflows in the flow builder.

These actions enable key steps from third-party systems, like collecting a signature through DocuSign or verifying an identity with Jumio, to happen seamlessly within your Moxo flows—without requiring you to leave the flow. Click here to learn more about Integration Actions. 

Why Use Integration Actions?

Integration Actions allow you to:

  • Stay in the Flow: Complete third-party steps without switching platforms.
  • Ensure Continuity: Maintain smooth, uninterrupted workflows.
  • Enhance Efficiency: Reduce manual intervention and streamline complex processes.

With integration actions, you can further streamline your workflows, by integrating any third-party systems that are a part of your processes. This keeps all steps within the flow, so you never have to break continuity, and eliminates the need to switch between tools.

How to Add Integration Actions to a Flow:

To add integration actions to a flow:

  1. Open the Flow Builder.
  2. From the Toolbar on the left, navigate to the Integrations section.
  3. Drag and drop the desired integration action into your flow.
  4. Alternatively, click the + sign at any step and select the desired integration action from the list.
