Invite Users to a Flow Workspace

Any internal user who is part of a workspace can invite existing internal users, existing clients, or new clients to a Flow Workspace. You can also invite new internal users or new clients by sharing the Workspace Link.

In a Flow Workspace, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the '...' ellipses icon, of the icons of members added to the workspace.



  2. Select Members, then click on + Invite Members. If certain roles are unassigned, click Assign to add members to the respective roles.

  3. Invite existing internal users and new or existing clients via email address or phone number.



  4. Then click Invite.

Alternatively, you can new invite users to a Flow Workspace using the shareable Workspace Link. 


To invite users to existing roles in an instant Flow Workspace:

  1. Click on the User Role icons in the top right of the Flow. 
  2. Click on Invite for each role.
  3. Add an email or phone number of the user you would like to assign to each role.
  4. Next, click Invite New Client or Invite New Internal User to complete assigning each role and it's associated actions.

Existing users that have been invited to a workspace will automatically see the new workspace appear in their timeline, in addition to receiving an email notification. 

Only admin users are able to invite new internal users, but any internal user can invite new clients. Internal users without admin permissions can only add existing internal users that are already in the platform. All internal users can re-send invitations to join workspaces. 

 

 

Invite Users and Client Groups

Admins and internal users can invite new clients, internal users, or entire client groups directly from the Contacts section.

  1. Click ‘+’ and choose whether to invite a client, internal user, or a client group.
  2. Once selected, fill in the member details to specify how you want to send the invitation.

       
  3. Click Next, then choose one of the following options:
    • Add to Workspace: Send an invitation for the client to join a workspace (existing or new).
    • Add to Contacts: Add the client to your contact list and send a portal invitation.
    • Add to Contacts Quietly: Add the client to your contact list without sending an invitation.

 

Resend Invitations to Users to a Flow Workspace

If your user did not receive an invitation to your Moxo portal or they happen to miss it, you can resend the invite from your workspaces.

  1. Inside of your workspace, click the '...' ellipsis icon and select Members or the profile icons of your existing members. 
  2. A pop up with all of the members inside of your workspace will appear on the right side of your screen. 



  3. Find the user who has not yet joined the workspace. 
  4. Next to their name, there will be a box that says Not Joined. Click on the box then click Resend Invitation.
  5. If you’ve added an internal team or client group to a workspace and the status shows as Not Joined, select the Not Joined option and click Resend Invitation. Any members who have not yet joined will automatically receive a new invitation.
