Reporting in Moxo offers powerful visibility into how work is progressing across client, partner, and internal team interactions. Designed to support day-to-day operations as well as long-term strategic planning, reporting dashboards help businesses monitor performance, identify trends, and take informed action at every stage of their workflows.
From engagement metrics and workflow durations to overdue tasks and high-frequency actions, Moxo Reports provides clear insights into the health and efficiency of your processes. Users can apply advanced filters, create and save custom views, switch between grid and Kanban layouts, and export data — all within the Manage tab. Information can be filtered by workspace tags, action status, assigned members, templates, milestones, and more, allowing teams to track progress, surface priorities, and stay aligned.
In this article, we will provide guidance on how to use each section in Reports. All reports can be accessed by internal users clicking Manage from the top navigation bar.
