The Engagement section gives you a comprehensive overview to manage user activity and engagement within your portal.
To access the Engagement tab:
- Click Manage in the top navigation bar.
- Navigate to the left side menu, and click on Engagement. This will open a overview of user activity and engagement.
- You will also see four additional tabs appear within the Engagement section:
- Clients
- Internal Teams
- Pending Invites
- Contact Updates
Clients
In the Clients tab, you will have an overview of all your clients' activity.
- To find a specific client, use the search bar and enter their name.
- At the top, just below the profile section, you'll find a drop-down where you can select from viewing All Clients, My Teams, and Team Clients. Use this menu to filter clients based on your needs.
- Click on a Client's name to see various details about each client, such as the client group they are part of, internal members they are assigned to, and recent engagements.
- To view their portal activity details, click on Engagement. You can also view their recent activities in the Engagement tab, which displays the workspaces or types of engagement per user broken down by Messages, Files, E-Signatures, Actions, and Meetings they shared or are a part of.
The Client tab will only appear if an internal user is assigned to a client.
Internal Teams
In the Internal Teams tab, you will see an overview of internal users in your portal.
- Access your Internal Teams section to view and if you are a Manager, get a comprehensive view of your internal team members and their engagements.
- As a Team's manager, you can view your team members' basic information like email, when they joined the portal, last activity details, their clients and engagement with them, workspaces they are a part of, and even see a read-only preview of these workspaces.
- To locate a specific internal team member, you can also use the search bar to filter by name.
Pending Invites
In the Pending Invites section, monitor which clients and team members have not yet accepted your invitation to join the portal.
You have the option to resend the invite or edit the user's name by clicking on the ellipsis '...' icon next to their details.
If phone number logic is enabled, you can also choose to add a phone number to resend the invite on.
Contact Updates
In this section, internal users can view clients who have been added to their contacts. To initiate a 1:1 workspace with any client, simply click on Start Workspace to begin.
