Use the Calendar in Moxo to see upcoming Moxo meetings. The calendar enables user to connect now and in the future on meetings.
Access the Calendar by clicking the Manage tab in the top navigation bar, then click Calendar from the left side menu.
Alternatively, click the 'Calendar' icon to the left of the top navigation bar.
Start Meeting
There are multiple ways to start a meeting in Moxo.
To start a meeting from the Calendar:
- Navigate to the Calendar from the Manage tab.
- Inside the Calendar, click Start a Meeting.
Schedule Meetings
There are multiple ways to schedule meetings in Moxo.
To schedule a meeting from the Calendar:
- Navigate to the Calendar from the Manage tab.
- Inside the Calendar, click on Schedule Meeting.
- A pop up will appear. Enter the title of the meeting, date, time, length of meeting, repeat, reminders, participants, agenda, security settings, video settings for the host, and video settings for participants.
Schedule Workspace
Schedule Workspace is a powerful feature in Moxo that allows users to set up the launch of a Flow Workspace on specific dates and times. This is particularly beneficial for recurring processes, such as monthly bookkeeping.
You can also schedule a workspace from the Flow Workspaces Templates library.
- Hover over Use under any flow template in the Flow Workspaces Template Library.
- Hover over the 'arrow' icon.
- Then select Schedule.
- Enter details to schedule the creation of your workspace, such as the creation date and time, time zone, and repeat status.
